Real Estate is no exception and the Internet has provided a place for those "tire kickers" a place to go without giving out personal information.

On the other hand a REALTOR^® depends on new leads to justify the time and expense of keeping current, quality information available on their web sites. So, the question is at what point should a visitor on their site be expected to give a little of them selves in order to gain access to the information they desire.

If you are a new user You will likely receive a short welcome email the next day. There are visitors to my site that have been looking at listings for over 2 years that have only ever received 1 email from me. You "may" receive additional emails but will always have the option of being removed from our email list, (however if you revisit our Listing Site you may be re added (without signing in) as soon as you visit as our tracking process will identify you as a new user)
